Meet Diego!
He is a sweet and snuggly 4-5 year-old neutered male weighing just 13 lbs! This easy-going little guy is the perfect companion, getting along wonderfully with everyone—toddlers, kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes.

Diego's foster mom says he’s a gentle soul who’s adjusting well to life outside of Puerto Rico. When she came home early day 1 of fostering, Diego had behaved perfectly uncrated but let her know it was a little chilly for him. She got him a cozy fleece vest, and he settled in happily, showing off his affectionate side. Diego is house-trained, leash-trained, crate-trained, and even has a cute way of gently tapping your hand to let you know he needs to go outside.

While he hasn’t shown much interest in roughhousing, he does play chase a bit with the resident dog and lay chewing toys next to her. If you're looking for a chill, loving companion who fits right into any family, Diego is your boy.
