This adorable 1-year-old, 6-lb spayed chihuahua mix is as bright and warm as her orange coat! With her perky ears, playful spirit, and snuggly personality, Sara is ready to charm her way straight into your heart.

Over the past 72 hours, her fosters have learned just how wonderful she is:

 Sweet & Affectionate:
Sara loves to snuggle and gives tons of love. She’s not vocal or demanding — just a happy little companion who enjoys being near her people.

 Playful & Energetic:
Don’t let her tiny size fool you — this girl loves to zoom! She enjoys fetch, running around, and taking long walks. She’s food-motivated (especially for chicken!) and eager to please.

 Smart & Trainable:
She’s already making great progress on leash walking and picked up potty training quickly — only a few accidents on day one. She knows “no” and “lay down,” and is working on “sit” and “no jumping.” She’s a quick learner who thrives with positive reinforcement.

 Great Sleeper:
Sara sleeps wonderfully in her crate, settling in for a full 8 hours at night with no issues.

 Still Learning:
She can be a bit skittish meeting new people, but she warms up with patience, gentle encouragement, and continued socialization.

Sara is the perfect mix of cuddly companion and playful adventure buddy — a tiny girl with a big heart and even bigger potential.
